The final show of the season sees The Grand Tour tent arrive in Dubai, where Jeremy Clarkson pits his old-fashioned VW Golf GTI against James May's electrically-powered BMW i3, Richard Hammond learns how to drift, James is forced to take part in a weird sport called winching, and the Bugatti Veyron is pitted against the Porsche 918 Spyder in a drag race.
Season 2 starts 08 Dec 2017. Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May return for the latest season of the world's greatest show about three men running wild around the world having unlikely adventures, driving awesome cars, and engaging in a constant argument about which of them is the biggest idiot. Although it's also the only show that combines these things so the 'greatest' title is more of less unchallenged.
So, against all odds (and several hospital visits), the trio are finally back, rampaging around the world, driving amazing cars, and constantly bickering – how hard can it be?

This time The Grand Tour visits Croatia to make an entirely unscripted episode featuring Jeremy in an Audi TT RS, Richard in an Ariel Nomad, James making a fire engine out of an old Lada, and everyone attempting to discover some sort of link between the three. Also in this episode, the McLaren 720S is put through it's paces and singers Michael Ball and Alfie Boe go head-to-head in Celebrity Face Off.
In the first episode of 2018, Clarkson builds his own take on a Ken Block-style car skid video using an old Subaru and a suitable swathe of English farmland, May drives the new Volkswagen Up GTI at the Eboladrome, and Hammond smashes around Dubai in Ripsaw - a high-powered tank. Plus, actor Dominic Cooper goes against stand-up comedian Bill Bailey in Celebrity Face Off.

Mozambique Special: In this season of The Grand Tour, Clarkson, Hammond and May have spent over 100 days travelling across 14 countries, clocking up over half a million miles, driving 63 cars and smashing a world record, whilst surviving one near-death experience and a severe bout of pneumonia.
And now, to celebrate the end of the series, the guys have set off on an epic adventure across Mozambique with one ambitious mission: to attempt to end global hunger. Equipped with two run down cars, a motorcycle, and questionable wits, the guys invent ingenious methods of food transportation across the country.
